You photograph a recipe you already like. DishLift reads it, lets you correct the read, and can rework it for more protein, less sodium, or less sugar. It can also make an AI image of the dish, labeled as generated, and keep recipes in a private cookbook with chapters.

No. Suggestions are general cooking ideas. They are not a diagnosis, a treatment, or a meal plan. Nutrition numbers are estimates. If you are under a clinician’s care, or you cook around an allergy, use a qualified professional and read labels yourself.

More protein, less sodium, less sugar, or any combination. You can pick one or more goals, up to all three, in a single makeover. The aim is to keep the dish recognizable and to show what changed. DishLift does not offer disease-specific meal plans.

The photo is sent through our server to Anthropic (Claude), which reads it and returns the recipe text. We don’t store the photo. Your recipes and cookbook stay on your device. Details are in the privacy policy.

There is nothing to buy on this site. DishLift purchases go through the App Store, and App Store purchases and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms. You can request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. See also the terms.

DishLift is a native iOS app for iOS 17 or later. It is not released, so there is nothing to install yet.

No. dishlift.app does not set cookies, does not use analytics, and does not load third-party scripts. See the privacy policy.
